When I activate the FTP-Free/Busy-Service, I get the following error message during ProFTPd startup:

Quote
Fatal: unknown configuration directive 'LDAPHomedirOnDemand' on line 30 of '/etc/proftpd/proftpd.conf'

You also have to comment out the next line:

Quote
Fatal: unknown configuration directive 'LDAPHomedirOnDemandPrefix' on line 31 of '/etc/proftpd/proftpd.conf'

Then, ProFTPd starts up with this message:
Quote
- IPv6 getaddrinfo 'server.home.local' error: Name or service not known

Hi Markus,

you probably need to fix the template according to this change:

http://kolab.org/cgi-bin/viewcvs-kolab.cgi/server/kolabd/kolabd/templates/proftpd.conf.template.in.diff?r1=1.1&r2=1.2

This is fixed in newer versions of the net-mail/kolabd package. Can you provide the version you are using?

Cheers,

Gunnar

Hi Gunnar,

I'm using net-mail/kolabd-20061009. My overlay should be up to date, and as far as I can see, all newer versions are masked by package.mask. Correct me if I'm wrong. I'll update the template manually.

Thanks,
Markus

No, I should probably backport that fix Smiley Have to think about the overlay structure anyhow since the 2.1 release is finally imminent.
