OVERLAY: Work on Kolab-2.2 started

After a short while of silence an update on Kolab-2.2 plans:

I started working on Kolab2/Gentoo-2.2 yesterday after finding an easy solution to one of the two major problems of Kolab2/Gentoo last week. The way of handling Kolab server configuration via kolabconf will be exchanged against a far more advanced system. This will of course still take a while since I need to convert all of the current Kolab templates but I'm rather excited about the new possibilities. Things look good for Kolab2/Gentoo-2.2.

How are things progressing? Any chance we'll see a 2.2 RC in the near future?
Also in 2.2 will there be any improvements in SyncML support?

Things are progressing good from my point of view but there is not much visible yet.

What I'm currently doing is to preparing the Kolab configuration in the new format. This happens here:

For this week you will only see weird monitoring stuff which does not help Kolab2/Gentoo very much but is a necessary for p@rdus.

The spam part is already in there and I'm switching into the direction of the other mail components now. Postfix will be next.

But the whole thing will still take some time
