portage and kolab overlay

Recently I upgraded portage (2.1.4.4) and got the upgrade info that digest-* files in overlays are not supported anymore. Does this affect kolab somehow?

No it shouldn't. The information in digest-* files is nowadays stored in the Manifest file and I hope all ebuilds in the overlay are up to date regarding that.
