The ebuild for the Kolab server should check if the minimal USE flag is set and request the user to remove it globally or at least on those ebuilds where the minimal USE flag is a problem (for example on OpenLDAP).

Thanks for the report! kolabd will no fail to emerge if you have openldap compiled with "minimal"
